Two more Sterling massage parlors lose licenses
Loudoun County authorities revoked business licenses from two massage parlors over the past week as part of an ongoing investigation targeting “bawdy” places in the county.
Aroma Therapy Massage and Massage Therapy, both of Sterling, joined Green Therapy Massage in losing their licenses after sheriff’s officials with the vice-narcotics unit entered the businesses and found allegedly illegal activity.
Seung J. Oh, 38, of New York was charged with performing a massage without a license at Aroma Therapy at 22648 Glenn Drive last Tuesday, according to the Loudoun Sheriff’s office.
And Sin Suk Cho, 47, of Pennsylvania, was charged with giving massages without a license and giving massages of a sexual nature at Massage Therapy, located at 47024 Harry Byrd Highway.
Nine others were arrested in April after a six-month investigation.
