Washington DC Massage Parlors: Leesburg Police Raid Massage Clinic; Three Suspects Charged

Investigators form the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, Loudoun County Fire Marshal’s Office and federal officers from Immigration and Customs Enforcement joined in executing the search warrant at the Cardinal Clinic Center.
Three people were charged.
Pung Cha Zorn, 64, of Ellicot City, MD, was charged with residing in a bawdy place and was being held on a $2,500 bond.
Young Jo Truman, 44, of Laurel, MD, was charged with residing in a bawdy place and unlawful acts of a massage therapist. She was held on a $3,500 bond.
Pyoung Un Roy, 49, of Annandale, was charged with residing in a bawdy place and unlawful acts of a massage therapist and also was held on a $3,500 bond.
The action follows two raids last month on massage parlors operating in Sterling that resulted in similar charges against workers.
