An original software developer for America Online was arrested for secretly video taping teenagers in a changing room at his pool in Centreville.
Craig Dykstra, 51, was charged with misdemeanor unlawful filming. The video showed eight teenagers getting dressed and toweling off, and at least one teenage girl totally nude, according to a search warrant filed in Fairfax Circuit Court. Dykstra’s arrest was first reported by Fox 5.
Man twice arrested for kidnapping
For the second time in a week, police arrested a Hyattsville man at a motel in Laurel on charges of kidnapping a young woman and forcing her into prostitution.
Gabriel Dreke-Hernandez, 23, was charged with human trafficking and related counts. The 19-year-girl told police that Dreke-Hernandez kidnapped her from a party in Prince George’s County. Police also found a 16-year-old girl at the motel who had been advertised on the Internet as a prostitute.
