Teacher Says Student Looked Like A Prostitute

A teacher in Germantown has apologized after saying a student looked like a prostitute for what she was wearing.
It is unclear if the school will take any disciplinary actions against the teacher.

It happened at Seneca Valley High School in Montgomery County.
The teacher also had the student removed from the classroom and taken to administrators. Administrators said what the student was wearing was appropriate.
Navon Burris was wearing a t-shirt and leggings.
Navon says she is still embarrassed by what happened to her in school last week.
“Everybody was talking about it,” said the high school student. “And they were like, yeah you were called a prostitute. I was kind of mad about it. I cried about it.”
