Washington DC Adult Entertainment: New Businesses Coming to Bowie Plaza

Bowie Plaza is getting some new tenants and the businesses could be open by the spring.
According to a release from Regency Centers, the operator and developer of the shopping center, the new tenants include:
Fitness 4 Less will open its fifth gym in the DC/Baltimore area in the 21,750-square-foot space.
Peeper’s Family Eye Care leased 2,400 square feet of retail space.
Dunkin’ Donuts leased 1,600 square feet of space and will offer a drive-thru option.
Patch also reported on the intentions of Sharon White to open The Cake Courtesan, a custom cake and confection boutique, in the shopping center.
Bowie Plaza is located at 6824 Laurel-Bowie Rd. and includes a mix of national and local retailers. There is still space available for lease in the shopping center. For leasing information, contact Jack deVilliers at 410-789-1126.
