Washington DC Adult Entertainment: LA Kings Assistant Coach Arrested On Sexual Abuse Charge

The 51-year-old Hardy is scheduled to make an initial court appearance in D.C. Superior Court. Details of the allegations were not immediately available and it was unclear which felony prosecutors would charge him with.
The Los Angeles Kings front office has declined to comment on the incident.
The former Kings defenseman first served as assistant coach to the team from 1999-2006 and was rehired in 2008 after a stint with the Chicago Blackhawks.
He ranked 17th on the Kings all-time scoring list.
Hardy is also a former Long Beach Ice Dogs assistant coach and played for them 1997-98.
Police arrested Hardy at the Mayflower Hotel.
The storied Mayflower Hotel has been the scene of numerous scandals over the years.
Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer reportedly booked a room for at least one prostitute there.
